2. What are your warranty terms?

The truck warranty is valid for 12 months or 50,000‑100,000 km, whichever comes first, counting from the date of delivery. Items below are not covered under warranty:

A. Normal wear and tear

B. Repairs or adjustments, which constitute normal maintenance.

C. Normal use of consumable parts.

3.What’s your purchasing process?
A. Once specifications and quotation are confirmed, an official Proforma Invoice shall be issued.

B. Production commences upon receipt of the down payment. The balance shall be settled after production completion. Inspection is available via test videos, photos or third‑party inspection.

C. We arrange shipment and courier all customs‑clearance documents to the buyer by air.
